1 John 4:18-19 says “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made in perfect love. We love because he first loved us.
In the spirit of Valentine’s Day coming up, I think about Beyonce putting Red Lobster on a bigger pedestal if I do what I need to do as a man lol.
That four letter word called L-O-V-E has the power to bring out the best of anyone. How has love changed your perspective on life? I know if love has dealt you a few bad blows in the past you start to lose that faith and make Facebook statuses on how it will never find you and you’ll be single forever. I think God reads all of that and says “Oh ok he/she keeps speaking that into existence so I’ll keep sending them what they only want to see at the moment (disappointment).”
I know personally I used to always associate a woman talking about love too early as a trap tactic and would run the other way mentally, which was such a young boy move on my behalf, but you live and learn. I do believe that opportunity is never dressed up in a perfect dress or suit that says, “Here I am! You can come love me now.” We all have to keep our eyes open if we are praying for that special type of love to come into our lives. I believe the universe starts to align us with those prayers if the belief is strong but also our intentions too. I don’t see God sending our soul mates during cuffing season or any other season if our intentions are just to play around with the situation. 
We are adults here (believe it or not) and God knows our heart well enough to know when to drop that person in our lives when we are ready to commit to love.
Ephesians 4:15 says “But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow in all aspects into him who is the head, even Christ.”
To the dating/married couples: Keep it going and let none of them haters stop y’all shine. To the single nation: Keep yo heart 3 stacks…
I’m joking lol but keep in mind if you out here searching don’t be surprised if that person you spoke into existence bumps into you down Aisle 7 at your grocery store or even stepping out into the aisle Sunday to go pay their tithes lol. Keep your vision open this week and see what happens for you.
