Remember that time when I attended Blogging While Brown in Austin, TX? Well that experience was a blessing to say the least. Not only was a lot of information absorbed, but I also met A LOT of amazing people!

Joi Gamble wears many hats. Gamble is the Director of Brand Partnerships of Blogging While Brown and Founder of Flashed Ink! Can you guess why I made sure to talk to her? I will give three reasons for you:

1. Her presence was amazing as the speaker of Opening Remarks at Blogging While Brown. Definitely made me more curious about Brand Partnerships.
2. She’s the Director of Brand Partnerships! Duh! Partnering with other brands is key to building your brand so why not talk to her? I’d be crazy not to. P.S. If you were at BWBATX and didn’t link up with her, I am not calling you crazy but I will gladly add you to my prayer list. 🙂
3. I visited the Flashed Ink table at BWBATX, introduced myself to the lovely assistant working, I asked her about Flashed Ink and where the designs come from. When she said, “Our founder designs a lot of them!” I was astounded. It may seem simple to some, but to me, that screamed innovation and opportunity.
