I Challenge You To Pamper Yourself

So I decided for the first time to try a photo challenge for my readers. I decided to do this photo challenge via Instagram since this is my first go round. The photo challenge that I’m introducing is called “30 Days 2 Pamper Me”. It is to encourage everyone to take time out each day to pamper themselves. I got the concept from going to therapy (from losing my home in a tornado) and my therapist encouraged me for seven days straight to pamper myself. Those weren’t her exact words but what she wanted me to do was to take a moment out of each day to do something nice for myself and also to take a moment of each day to compliment someone. Once I was done with the seven days I felt wonderful.

So now I am encouraging you to participate in my Instagram Photo Challenge “30 Days 2 Pamper Me”
